Domestic Deliveries

Deliveries within Dubai

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 hours during our business hours, with 1 pm being the cut-off time. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays.

If you have chosen the Cash on Delivery option please be aware that our courier is not able to accept card payments and has no change. We only accept payments in AED. Please also note that orders placed with cash payments cannot be refunded with cash but only by bank transfer (only local banks will be accepted).

Deliveries within GCC

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours during our business hours, so you are likely to receive your order as next day delivery.

Sale Items

Please note that all discounted item are final sales and cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges of the same items for a different size are possible but subject to availabilty. Sale items can not be exchanged for other items.

International Deliveries

All orders are processed and shipped and shall reach you within 3-5 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping costs 20 USD dollars per order, unless your order exceeds the amount of 250 USD, in this case shipping is free of charge. Please make sure to provide us with the correct address and contact details to avoid any delays.

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends and Ramadan.

If you believe you have received a product that is damaged please inform immediately. If you do not inform us about such within 3 days of receiving the product we will not accept a return or exchange.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, CaraLuna cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 10 days of first receiving the parcel.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging. Please also be aware that we cannot refund items if the saftey ribbon has been removed.

Once we have received the items we will refund you within 3-4 business days.

For International orders, item(s) must be requested to return within 10 days of date shown on the dispatch note. Please note that we allow a maximum of 4 weeks after placing the return/ exchange request for receiving the parcel. After this period has passed the return will not be accepted.

International return shipping charges, customs duties and any other charges to be paid by the customer. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odor including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

Please note that in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged item you have to infrom us within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. Otherwise your return cannot be accepted. Once we have received the items we will refund you within 3-4 business days.

Pre order Items

Pre-order items are made to order and ship on or before the date shown at checkout. They can be returned or exchanged under our usual terms as stated above. Full payment at checkout secures your order; changes or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together at the later date unless the customer requests otherwise.
